Have you ever been the bored student in a classroom? You want to learn but get distracted by a picture on the wall or another student. First you look around the room, then you start to fidget and get a bit antsy. Before you know it, you need to stand up and walk around before going insane! That is how my students feel every single day. Students are forced to sit in a seat for 8 hours a day and focus. That is a task that even adults struggle to master. My goal is to implement various activities and tools to help students use up their energy while focusing on their work. If they are able to move while writing and listening then they not only have a better chance of learning but are encouraged to be at school! Please help me bring these Kore Teen Active Chairs and Bouncy Bands for Chairs into my classroom so that my students can feel better about learning and grow towards an amazing future.
