I use Chromebooks everyday in my classroom. Each of my students have a turn to utilize technology during literacy stations by accessing various curriculum-based programs. Each student can log in independently and listen to a reader as they follow along in their hard-copy book. Learning activities and games help them navigate computers and practice reading, writing and math activities. I need headphones so every student can comfortably listen and learn on their chrome books! The headphones we have been using are low quality and do not fit kindergarten ears. They are breaking and are difficult to hear, which greatly frustrates my students. Without headphones, my students are unable to take advantage of the wonderful brain-growing materials that I have developed for them to use on the chrome books.
