With these essential classroom materials, we will be better able to maximize instructional time, limit distractions, and create a more welcoming classroom environment. These are basic supplies that each student deserves in their classroom. When students are provided with a classroom that is functional, inviting, supplied and purposefully designed, they are more likely to excel academically and behaviorally. The white boards, makers, and easel will allow for individualized small group instruction in both literacy in math. The craft materials will allow students to demonstrate their creativity in projects across content areas. A classroom supply of scissors, markers, pencils and crayons will provide students who are unable to purchase their own supplies with the tools to succeed in the classroom.
