Flexible seating goes beyond students getting to choose where they sit; it provides freedom and allows them to take charge of their learning. I already encourage students to find their own space to work in my room and have seen great benefits. Concentration, collaboration, and engagement all increase when students are given the freedom to choose where they work. Adding these seating options to our room will help meet the diverse needs of my students. The wobble stools will be great for my learners that need movement to focus. They will offer a great physical outlet without distracting classmates. The regular stools will replace some bulky chairs in our room, saving space and allowing more movement in a small room with a large class. The stadium seats will provide more floor seating options with an added level of comfort in the back support. I know that adding these seats to our room will excite my learners and add to our learning experience!
