Hello! I am new to fundraising on behalf of my students! I have been teaching for 10 years and like most teachers, I have supplemented my classroom from my own pocket! I teach students with significant disabilities and it takes a little more to give them access to the curriculum! My classes continue to grow, and so does the cost! My students have disabilities that make their environment just as important as learning materials. The products I have selected will help my students access the curriculum. I chose a reading bench for my students who need time out of their wheelchairs while still being able to work, instead of trying to work from a mat. I also have several students with fine motor delays who struggle with writing. My para's and I constantly provide modeled writing, but the illuminated writing desk will allow for independence.
