Through the use of iPads, students will be allowed the opportunity to create their own music. Programs such as GarageBand and LaunchPad will offer students the ability to express themselves through music, allowing their individuality to shine. Students will work individually and in collaborative groups to create music and strengthen specific musical objectives. This celebration of individuality can give students the confidence to excel in other academic areas in formal schooling. Students will also gain important insights into decision-making within collaborative groups. Students will able to negotiate creative ideas with each other, sharing ideas that will go beyond cultural norms.

About my class
