I love teaching STEM/STEAM! My students are given a problem and a set of materials to choose from to solve that problem. Inevitably they fail and have to rethink their solution. Maybe they need new materials. Maybe their approach is completely wrong. They learn that through failure comes success. The problem with teaching STEM is finding the time to pull out all of the materials. I would love to have a cart with all of the materials ready to go. In this way we can also include STEM within regular academic areas. This cart will make these activities much easier.
