My students spend time everyday working together on various projects that need a comfortable collaborative space. The student desks in my classroom are rigid and not easily moved. Students need space to learn from each other. A favorite project is building a house from common household items like paper clips, toothpicks, etc, and seeing if it can withstand the strength of a hair dryer. I would use the flexible seating options as spaces for the students to move to when planning, building, and revising their projects as a team. By donating to this project, you are helping students gain the skills needed to be successful in the 21st century.
