The tablets will be used to make reading more interesting and provide an endless supply of reading material for my students. My class reads at various levels. Our school uses an online reading program that allows students to work at their reading level and grow at their own pace. Students have access to a computer lab for reading practice twice per week. The tablets will allow students to access this site daily. Students work in groups moving between centers in 20 minute intervals. The tablets will be used to create a reading center for students to use daily. I also plan to allow students to use the tablets for Social Studies research projects.
