All students are diverse learners. They each have needs that we must meet to help facilitate their learning. There are many positive benefits in implementing flexible seating. Aside from increasing focus, flexible seating allows students to have a choice in their learning. It allows them to reflect about how they learn, and what works best for them. It helps build social skills by giving students a chance to interact with different students daily. By donating to our project, you will help change the way my students learn, focus and behave in the classroom! I will be teaching Science and Texas History in a 4th grade classroom next year. Implementing flexible seating will allow for my students to have better access to collaborate with their peers during STEM and Problem-Based Learning activities. Lastly, it will help me build a comfortable and fun learning environment for them!
