I teach in a small low income neighborhood school. Most of the parents are single parents, working hard to survive. Their children deserve the benefits of a spacious kindergarten classroom. I would like to transform a very small over-crowded kindergarten classroom (with inadequate space for learning centers) into an inspiring place for teaching and independent student learning centers. They are our future and I believe they can all be successful. My goal is to empower my students with the skills they will need to be successful life-long learners.

About my class
