My students are 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in a high poverty town in Illinois. We are a middle school of approximately 1,100 students and keeping ALL of them on track and behaving appropriately can be a challenge. Our school has incorporated a "blue check" incentive program for students. However, they need to have something to "buy" with those checks!
