In funding this project my hope is for my students to grow a love for reading. I would like to have books that students find engaging and want to read. These books I have selected are on various students' levels and tap into their interests. By doing this, I hope to increase reading skills and an interest in reading. I feel that my students are at the age where they have a choice of two paths; seeing reading as a chore or perceiving reading as an enjoyable activity. Through this project I hope to have enough interesting books that students will enjoy reading!
