My students start out their academic careers with mostly paper and books. My students find it hard to learn with such a concrete way of learning. This project allows my students to gain skills that can be later used in other lessons but also helps build confidence in their abilities and helps challenge their creative minds. The flex seating gives my students a calm structured work area to practice Science and data journal entries. These different activities are all hands on and allow my students to create their own types of projects and activities as well as gives them a chance to work in a small group and practice their social skills.
