STEM bins are hands-on, engaging and all around fun items for students to interact with. These bins encourage students to design, build, and manipulate different items, such as Magnet tiles, Dominos, Legos and Foam Blocks into new creations. Students will have two options for STEM bins: Free work time or completing task cards for each bin. The use of STEM bins allow students to use their creativity, problem-solving skills and science communication. STEM bins will be used each Friday morning instead of our usual morning tubs to keep them engaged with their morning activities. These bins are also a great tool for early finishers to work on before our next lesson.
