The project I would like funded is an all-purpose mobile teaching easel to promote hands-on learning. I plan to use this easel to demonstrate drawing, writing, and mathematic concepts. I can imagine us using this easel to graph our favorite colors, our hair color, our eye color, etc., to demonstrate counting with 1:1 correspondence, what has more/less and holding discussions between our classroom family. I would love to use the easel to incorporate Handwriting Without Tears by modeling how to write letters, draw shapes and even draw Mat Man! I can't wait to demonstrate how to write letters on the ease together as a class during our post office theme and writing thank you notes to classroom volunteers! Please help my classroom ideas become reality! Thank you for supporting my classroom! :)
