Students understand and learn in different ways. One of these ways is auditory learning. In school we use a program where the students hear the instruction via chromebook volume. Each student receives individualized lessons to help reinforce skills they have not mastered yet. Unfortunately, not all students have the funds to bring headphones in to school. My hope through this project is to help give a pair to headphones to students when using this program. This pandemic has not helped the students learning of mathematics because they have not been able to experience school in the consistent way we used to have since March 2020. By giving my students this opportunity, they can work to bridge the gap of skills they need extra instruction on.
