I am excited and eager to begin teaching, and am currently pouring a lot of my own resources into purchasing classroom materials for my students. I chose to ask for your support in purchasing an easel and a class rug because creating a safe and supportive classroom community for my students is extremely important to me. These two tools will help my students engage more fully in my classroom, and help develop a healthy classroom community. Specifically, the classroom rug will be helpful in fostering productive socio-emotional and educational class conversations with my students, and building a close classroom community. The easel will increase engagement in my lessons, offering students the opportunity to get up and fully engage in educational activities. Both of these tools will be used on a daily basis. Your contribution is highly appreciated, and will aid in the learning of our next generation! Thank you again for your support!
