I will use the materials to provide my students with extensive knowledge about the events occurring worldwide. They will learn more about how cultures celebrate holidays and how it relates to their personal forms of celebration. Students will be able to create assignments comparing their own cultural values and that of others. The use of said materials will foster respect for families across the world. The materials may be used to create centers to reinforce the classroom's curricular themes. Students may also use the materials to reflect on how they may incorporate things learned into their own personal life.
