My students are interested in a variety of books and just like anything, we need to promote reading something that sparks your interest, especially at the younger ages! Education is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students. Students in my classroom like to read about animals, realistic fiction, funny books, and books that they can relate to and even learn life lessons! My classroom library does not have a large collection of books, so I would like to have books that will hold their interests and keep them reading in my classroom.
