I’m looking to add these A Place for Everyone and Comfy rectangular carpet to my classroom. We learn a lot on the carpet. We read on the carpet. We work on math on the carpet. It is where we all can come together like a family and have our morning meetings. My current rug has seen better days and I would love to bring a new rug into my classroom for the next school year. My students come back to school in August and I would love to have this rug to help them feel at home in their second grade classroom. The color of the rug is not important to me but I would love a rug that fits well in my classroom. Maybe one that has many colors but I am not picky I would just like a good size rug to help my students come together on the carpet for learning time. My students do not like to sit at their desks all day long. I like them to feel comfortable being on the carpet with me. We do a lot of read a louds on the carpet. My students do a lot of peer shares and work on groups on the carpet. It is usually a fight on who gets to sit on the carpet. I would love this to continue this year with two brand new rugs!
