I want to be able to provide my students with the best learning environment possible. The materials I am asking for will help quickly facilitate learning allowing me to give my students the content and information in a variety of different ways. The units in the curriculum we use was created by a cohort of teachers and we are not teaching from outdated textbooks. In fact, we have no traditional history textbooks. Having these binders, copy paper, pencils, posters, books, novels, construction paper and markers readily available on day one will be a great help in giving my students what they need. School budgets continue to be limited and cut each year. This will help ease the financial pressure and burden of having to provide these materials year in and year out on my own.
