My students are Iowans (Go Hawks!) grades K-2 at an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Primary Years Program. The PYP presents a balanced curriculum that emphasizes the development of five essential elements: concepts, knowledge, skills, attitude, and action. In my Structured Learning Classroom, our focus is on making all learning opportunities accessible, engaging, and meaningful for all students. My students are so much more than their 'labels' and their potential is absolutely endless. They are smart, they are kind, and they are full of life. I am so lucky to learn from them each and everyday!
