The materials I need to support my students will increase collaboration and encourage them to learn from each other, and not just have me spoon-feeding them information. This has become the core of classes across the country and is highly effective, especially when I begin flipping lessons in the classroom. These materials also help to promote community in the classroom while providing a comfortable and safe space for them to learn. The more the students trust me and feel comfortable the better because it will increase their willingness to be engaged and collaborate.
