As a first-year teacher, I will need as much help as possible in order to give my second-grade students the quality education they deserve. It is my goal to ensure that all of my students are able to graduate from high school and college; with your help, I can achieve this goal. In order to ensure a quality education for all students, I plan to make the material as accessible as possible through the incorporation of manipulatives and technology. Incorporating blended learning techniques, all of my students will be able to access the material at a level that is suitable for them. We are requesting timers, charts, blocks and wipe boards. My students deserve the best and I intend to give it to them. A blended learning technique incorporates learning via technology and the traditional face-to-face model. My classroom will be run entirely in small groups. While students work on technology, students will need access to new, working headphones in order to make sure the material is accessible to everybody. The regrouping materials will make the content more accessible to students through physical manipulation. The small group table will allow me to give more individualized attention to students to ensure all students are accessing the content. Lastly, the math related games will allow students to learn through a different medium. I want to make sure my students are given all that they deserve. Please help to give my students the classroom and materials they so rightfully deserve. Thank you in advance for your help!
