This project will provide my first graders with the supplies necessary to be successful in the classroom. Pencils, erasers, dry-erase markers, and paper will be used as students learn the fundamentals of writing. Markers, colored pencils, crayons, scissors, and glue sticks will be used to keep learning fun and engaging and to allow students to express themselves creatively. Starting the year off strong with these materials will allow my first graders to focus on what first graders should focus on- learning, growing, and having fun. Basic school supplies shouldn't be an obstacle or stressor in the lives of children or their families. By donating to this project, you are investing in the education of some incredible students and setting them up for a successful year of foundational learning.
