Being a visual learner myself, having a document camera where students can follow my notes is invaluable. The document camera comes in handy, too, when I want to show student work. Imagine that I can bring a student to the front of the class and have him or her share their AH-Ha moment. I can also use the document camera to take pictures of the lesson and save them onto my computer. I can showcase what I did in my classroom to my professional learning community. It is so important to get help from my peers and through documenting my lessons, I can get immediate feedback when they see my lesson notes first hand. Thank you for helping me with this project! I will use the document camera for years to come.
