I teach a diverse group of students in my special education classroom. These students often come to me with many sensory needs. One of the biggest sensory needs that I have noticed throughout my 13 years of teaching students with special needs has been their need to move during instruction. I have always dreamed of creating a classroom environment that would accommodate their need for movement. By donating to my project, you will not only be helping my students be more attentive during instruction, but you will also help my students succeed academically. My students are very important to me. If I am able to provide them a learning environment that is safe and comfortable, I feel that I will make a huge difference in their educational experience.
