The tablets will be used in order to replace the listening center. We currently do not have the resources that allow students to listen while following along during reading time. These tablets will allow students to choose books that they are excited to read which will encourage them to develop a love of reading rather than reading just to be compliant. These supplies will allow my students the opportunity to participate in an array of activities that are engaging as well as challenging. Due to my parents being unable to purchase supplies and funds being cut, there is a need for basic supplies that will allow the structure of my classroom to run smoothly allowing students to feel safe and secure in a stable environment that will nurture their growth.
