These wonderful books will be added to my classroom library and will be used this year and for many years to come. Incorporating these new titles into my classroom library will provide my students with more opportunities to see themselves reflected and celebrated in books. These titles also provide students with inspiring and inclusive messages. These captivating picture books will be used for class read-alouds to promote diversity, social awareness, and class discussions. These books will also be available for students to incorporate into their book bags so that they may enjoy reading them during independent reading time.
