With L1 support, Emergent - Transitioning MLLs will be able to utilize the tablets to conduct a short research project about the different countries represented in the class. The tablets will help my students build content knowledge and language through investigation. Tablets will allow students to read information multiple times and develop basic reading skills. Students can also improve their writing by paying attention to the language structures. In addition, MLLs will improve oral skill when they share their project in class. Using tablets, will definitely help my students improve their language skills when listening, speaking, reading and writing standard English.
