All of our students love to be on the screen! Our third grade classrooms want to create educational videos and school news broadcasts starring our students. Our third grade team of teachers will incorporate ELA, Math, Science, and Social studies into these videos. We will use iPads, microphones, and green screen to create our broadcasts. One of our goals is for students to be able to choose topics, research, and write scripts for our newscasts. They will also learn how to produce and edit videos. As educators we find that activities like this provide motivation to our diverse group of students, and it gives them the opportunities to use their talents and interests to enhance their learning.

About my class
