These Hand2Mind STEM bins will provide hands on learning for creativity, cooperation, and developmentally appropriate engineering skills for my second graders. This kit will provide opportunities for my 30 students to develop problem solving strategies, build creatively, and apply learning to real world designs. The Hand2Mind STEM bins include teacher resources, organizational materials, and of course, student materials such as linking cubes, craft sticks, pipe cleaners, Play-Doh, building bricks and task cards. This kit will provide my students with endless experiences to direct their own learning. My second graders love to build and play. These kits allow for students to do just that, all while increasing their problem solving and collaboration skills. Thank you for donating to this project that will help my students better understand how to be problem solvers, how to think critically, and how to cooperate with their peers.
