In my classroom I always emphasize making smart choices for my students’ learning. This includes picking spots in the classroom where they learn best. For some students that doesn't include a formal desk. My students love sitting at the carpet with a clipboard but I want them to have more choice when it comes to flexible seating options. This group of students is highly motivated to learn new things and make mistakes to help their brains grow. They are extremely responsible and respectful of our classroom and I know they would enjoy having these new options for flexible seating. These students works so hard every day and they deserve everything that can help them achieve more in their learning!
