Children love to pretend and play together, unfortunately, today's children spend so much time in a virtual world with ipads, phones, and TVs that they aren't getting to exercise their imaginations as much as in the past. We want the children to have the opportunity to think for themselves and play with each other. Through role playing, they learn important social skills, such as empathy, negotiations, and problem solving. They develop vocabularies talking to each other In fact, it is often through dramatic play that shy or withdrawn children first begin to express themselves through language. We want them to have an opportunity to play with a variety of role-playing toys to help build strong relationships and expand their imaginations.
