Many of my students ask me to stand up while learning. Others tap their feet throughout a lesson. Personally, I can say I find myself doing the same things. While I try to incorporate many movement breaks into daily lessons, sometimes that is not enough. Some students need to be constantly moving to keep their brains engaged. Our kids cannot sit still all day! They should not be expected to either! With the kick bands, the students will have a silent alternative to tapping their feet constantly. Many students have expressed interest in these kick bands as they have seen them in other classrooms. The flexible seating balls will be used for when I instruct in small groups. I often see students fidgeting in their seats and constantly moving to rearrange their bodies. With these flexible seating balls, students will have a constant engagement of their body muscles to get all the fidgets out
