Our first class reading goal is to find books we love and develop a love for reading. Our second one is to complete our 40 book challenge. To complete that challenge students have to read 40 books from each genre of literature. The books here help fill in a few holes I have in my class library for certain genres, they also are some of my students' favorite books. All it takes is one book for a student to decide that reading may be their thing! Please help me in collecting the best books for my 4th grades and giving them something they are excited about taking home to read. I know these books will speak to my students and ignite their desire to read and complete the challenge.
