Academic goals for them include a strong focus in research and independent studies. My students often work independently, with partners, and small groups and rely heavily on the use and availability of technology on a regular basis. My students often teach me a few things as well. The impact of the use of technology will be felt as we lose Title 1 funding meaning we will have limited devices. Having additional devices opens a world of opportunities to enhance our learning activities. Students will be able to complete digital lessons, work on independent studies, research a plethora of topics, record videos clips on Flipgrid and so much more.
