I want to enhance my class library by bringing in more books that represent and celebrate characters from all different colors, ethnicities, backgrounds, and cultures. I want all students to be able to go to our class library, pick-up a book, and be able to say "HEY! That character is just like me!" Or "Hey! That character's family looks just like mine!" I want my library to be equitable for all learners. With that, I've created a list of books that would help support a more diverse, inclusive class library.
