By providing my students with options and opportunities to pick flexible seating in my classroom it will help them keep focus while giving space for them to be safe and comfortable to learn. Each student comes with a variety of needs and being able to select what option best fits them each day will help make my classroom calmer and more successful. Students that feel more at home will be more engaged and likely to work their hardest! Standing desks, high top tables, floor cushions, and lap desks all give students the best chance to learn where they choose.
