Currently in the classroom we have heavily restricted computers to structure the learning of our scholars for a specific curriculum. Having the iPads available will allow our students to expand their learning. Scholars will not only be able to complete their assignments at school, but can seek enrichment opportunities through open technology and apps to further their learning. Teacher lessons can also be created and scaffolded on the iPads to take their education to the next level. All subject areas will benefit from the use of these iPads including social emotional learning through the use of research and self discovery.
