Help me promote #literacy in my classroom by providing students with high interest books that include characters they can relate to. By providing students with high interest books, we create engagement with a differentiated classroom that promotes literacy and strengthens students reading comprehension. My classroom library provides student with books of choice that encourages reading at their own leisure, culturally relevant topics, and builds a love for reading independently! My kids are passionate about learning new things and growing in their reading. A wider variety of books will prompt that curiosity to learn and introduce them to new ideas not known.
