My students are a lively bunch of curious three to five year old children! My program serves children and families through Head Start, the Colorado Preschool Program, and children with special needs. These are children that have been identified as being at risk for educational attainment. I have two half-day classes. We have a unique blend of student backgrounds, interests, and abilities. Some children have suffered traumatic experiences, many have special needs such as autism, motor, or language delays, and many live in low-income housing.
