My greatest wish is to help my students succeed! I want to be able to have a classroom full of materials that help my students flourish and learn! I can’t wait to help my students grow! In order to help my students, I need a variety of materials. I want my classroom to have different kinds of flexible seating in order to help my students get their wiggles out and focus! My students will also need many hands-on materials as that is how they learn best. I will be teaching them basic life skills such as zipping a coat, brushing their teeth, and communication skills. In addition, my students will be learning academic skills such as counting, identifying colors/shapes, and reading sight words. In addition to learning materials, my students will need some snacks for the classroom. My students are from a low income area and many of their families will not be able to provide snacks for the students. There will be times when the students will not have enough food in their stomachs when they get to school. Trying to learn on an empty stomach is a difficult task! Thank you so much for your consideration and support! It means the world to my students and me!
