With this television mounted in the counseling office, I will be able to better work with the 21st century students at our school. I will use this to connect my computer and project videos to enhance group and individual counseling sessions as well as hold parent 504 meetings in my office with greater privacy. Group experiences are often deepened through viewing and discussing media. Using this television my students will view media related to social emotional learning, personal growth and topics related to their group focus. By updating the technology in the counseling office, I truly believe I can better serve my students.
