This rug will give my students their own space for group activities. Each morning we gather for a daily question. Following breakfast we gather in a large group for out Music and Movement activities. The two final large group activities where this rug would be a wonderful asset to the classroom is circle time and story time. This space will give my littlest learners a sense of belonging and assist with classroom management. Students love having a space of their own and this rug will provide that in addition to organizing floor activities in the preschool classroom. The students will begin and end their day on this rug.
