In our class, we believe that children learn through play! By donating to this project, it will give our students a fresh, clean, new rug to sit on to play and learn. We do the majority of our learning on the carpet- from circle time songs to morning messages. We build with blocks, dance, learn new instruments, count, and graph all from the carpet in our classroom! Our current carpet has become worn, so we would love a new place for our children to learn and play! The carpet we have chosen will help teach alphabet and math skills in a colorful, fun, and comfy way!
