As we work to bolster our writing abilities, motivation and inspiration doesn't always come easily. As we work to achieve our class mission of being leaders, learners, and our best selves, we understand that we must find creative and innovative ways to share our unique and individual ideas as we write. In a world of technological advances, some of this inspiration and engagement is right at our fingertips. With this project, we are hoping to bring some of these advances to our classroom. Research has made it abundantly clear that increased engagement in learning leads to increased attention and focus, which motivates them to engage in higher-level critical thinking skills and cultivates meaningful learning experiences. As 21st-century students engage with more and more technology inside and outside of school, it is clear that we must do more to appeal to their skillsets and work to continue piquing their interest in a variety of ways. This project will allow us to do just that. In investing in this project, we show students the need for an investment in our skills and a commitment to improving the means through which we provide their education.
