I teach the most loving, kind-hearted, and inspiring students in the world. They make me a better person just by knowing them. Every student has capabilities and talents that I help foster and bring out in them. Many students who attend our school are from low-income housing and have their own personal struggles and obstacles. I want school to be a place where they do not have to worry and can get access to anything and everything they need to be successful. Our students are extremely inclusive, as we pride ourselves on being a big family. Students are enthusiastic to learn about their classmates and are able to relate to their backgrounds and culture. My class consists of 150 extraordinary students. Many students in my class perform at a level 1 for both reading and math but are eager to learn and challenge themselves every day.
