My students engage in art every day, and the benefits of this involvement is evident in their other subject ares. Exposing children to art allows them to express themselves and build inner confidence. Integrating art is a way to differentiate and appeal to more students. Space is tight in our classroom and having a drying rack would solve this problem and not to mention, keep students work in good condition. Another struggle is the ability to provide ample art supplies to last the year. This causes lesson plan changes because of the fear there my not be enough materials for all to use. When you donate to this project, you will be helping students realize the impact art can have on improving their overall academic achievements, not to mention instilling self-confidence. Students could complete art projects all through the year without fear of exhausting their supplies. Studies show that art integration can help students excel in all areas of academics, and it give teachers one more way to reach students.
